About the Role
Passport Automotive Group is growing! We will soon have a new HIGHLINE automotive brand to add to our established automotive group of more than 30 years! We are seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support our service, sales, and wholesale operations. This role requires a leader with strong product knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience consistent with highline brand standards.
SALARY EXPECTATIONS 100k ++
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including retail, wholesale, and internal parts sales
  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, returns, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure accurate parts pricing, invoicing, and profitability tracking
  • Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to support efficient repair order flow
  • Maintain compliance with OEM standards, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Train, mentor, and supervise parts counter staff and drivers
  • Monitor department KPIs, including fill rate, gross profit, and inventory turns
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts environment
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of automotive parts MANAGER experience; highline brand experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of OEM parts systems.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive department profitability
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and team‑building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
