We will soon have a new HIGHLINE automotive brand to add to our established automotive group of more than 30 years! We are seeking an experienced Highline/Luxury Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support our service, sales, and wholesale operations. This role requires a leader with strong product knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience consistent with highline brand standards. SALARY EXPECTATIONS 100k ++ Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including retail, wholesale, and internal parts sales Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, returns, and vendor relationships Ensure accurate parts pricing, invoicing, and profitability tracking Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to support efficient repair order flow Maintain compliance with OEM standards, audits, and reporting requirements Train, mentor, and supervise parts counter staff and drivers Monitor department KPIs, including fill rate, gross profit, and inventory turns Implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts environment Qualifications 3โ€“5+ years of automotive parts MANAGER experience; highline brand experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of OEM parts systems.
