Job description

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.

A little about us. LifeSource has been family-owned since 1984. We build our own salt-free whole house water systems and our own crews install them. We're beloved by our 250,000+ customers everywhere. If you've sold solar or roofing you already know why that matters: no third-party installer botching the job, no manufacturer fighting warranty claims, no cancellations eating your commission a month after you closed. When you sell one, it gets installed and you get paid.

The day to day: in-home appointments around your territory, consultative in-home closes, and working your pipeline.

Our longest-tenured rep has been with us over 20 years. That should tell you something about the seat.

Requirements

3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales. Solar, roofing, home security, pest control and other in home services all transfer well

One-call close experience. Be ready to talk about your numbers, because we'll ask

Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor

Live within commuting distance of your territory

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Able to run your own schedule without a manager checking in on you

Benefits

Uncapped commission with weekly pay

Company-provided leads backed by an in-house appointment setting team. No cold calling, no door knocking

We manufacture and install everything ourselves, so closed deals actually fund

Homeowner financing available

40 years of brand reputation working for you before you walk in

Full comp structure shared in your first interview
