WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • School Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Must complete 200 hours to graduate.
  • Responsible for meeting Table Games Dealer School attendance requirements.  
  • Responsible for learning the applicable games offered in Dealer School that includes, but is not limited to, craps, blackjack & property offered carnival games, roulette, pai-gow, and baccarat to successfully graduate school. Must be certified in at least two games to graduate the Dealer school.
  • Demonstrate abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics.
  • Ensure interactions with Team Members and School Instructors follow the guidelines of the customer service program.
  • Adhere to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.  Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 
  • Must be able to work on Weekends, Holidays, and higher-volume promotional days to satisfy the company's business needs after the Dealer School graduation. 
  • Previous experience in a customer service position preferred but not required. 
  • Must successfully complete dealer school.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a Table Games audition displaying adequate Table Games dealing skills.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets in Dealer School for training purposes. 
  • Must have the ability to display satisfactory dexterity for quick and accurate handling of training chips, training cards, and training cards.  
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to obtained Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license upon graduation.
