Job description

We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to work Days in our Granby, CO Diagnostic Imaging department. $10,000 Sign-on + $350/mo Housing Stipend for FT Perm

Middle Park Health (MPH) is a successful rural health system located in the high Rockies just 90 minutes west of Denver, CO via I-70, with seven locations in beautiful Grand and Jackson counties where we have an abundance of year-round outdoor recreational activities.

As a Level 4 Trauma hospital, MPH provides a range of services, including Emergency and Surgical Services, Rural Health Clinics, Rehabilitation Services Clinics, a Wellness Center, and an Assisted Living Facility. We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to work in our Granby, CO Diagnostic Imaging department.

Reports to: Diagnostic Imaging Director

Description: The Ultrasound Technologist performs two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs. Participates in maintaining positive department patient flow.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT and/or CRT certification. ARDMS Cert required.
  • Two years specific experience and training in Ultrasound preferred.
  • Able to adjust schedule as patient flow and activity occur.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and general clerical functions
  • Maintain current BLS certification
  • Available for on-call responsibility.

Compensation: $38.00 - $62.00 per hour DOE + FT Perm eligible for $10,000 Sign-On + $350/mo Housing Stipend available for residents of Grand, Summit and Jackson County.

Status: Full-Time Days
Location: Granby, CO
