What You'll Be Doing (and Mastering FAST)
Own the Listing Process
  • Conduct listing consultations and win appointments with confidence
  • Guide sellers through pricing, staging, and positioning strategy
  • Become the trusted advisor from consultation to close

Pricing + Market Strategy
  • Analyze comps, trends, and absorption rates
  • Position listings to sell quickly and for maximum value
  • Advise clients with confidence and data

Marketing + Exposure
  • Partner with the team to execute high-level marketing plans
  • Ensure listings stand out online, in person, and in the market
  • Drive activity, showings, and demand

Negotiate Like a Pro
  • Structure deals, manage offers, and negotiate strongly on behalf of sellers
  • Work side-by-side with top performers to sharpen your negotiation edge

Lead Generate Daily
  • Minimum 10 hours/week focused on listings, sphere, and pipeline
  • Build a listing-based business that compounds over time

Train + Practice
  • Weekly script practice, team trainings, and coaching
  • Learn how to convert at a high level consistently

Track + Win
  • Use PLACE technology to track activity and results
  • What gets tracked gets paid
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
