Description

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches and other engine and driveline- related performance components.  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed
  • Give oral and written instructions to employees.
  • Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed. 
  • Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency
  • Assist employees with process issues.
  • Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency.
  • Trouble shoot errors
  • Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers
