Are you looking for a practice where you can truly define your clinical focus? Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our established and growing team. You will partner with one other Urologist and a dedicated NP in a high-demand service line that offers the perfect balance of inpatient and outpatient care in the stunning High Desert of Southern Oregon.

The Opportunity: Autonomy & Growth

  • Clinical Freedom: Enjoy a large degree of autonomy, including the ability to tailor your practice focus within the urological scope.

  • Balanced Schedule: A standard Monday–Friday schedule that protects your time away from the clinic.

  • Practice Mix: Seamlessly integrated inpatient and outpatient care serving a massive 10,000-square-mile catchment area.

  • Support System: Work alongside a collegial team in an ISO 9001-certified, community-owned teaching hospital.

Premier Incentives & Benefits

We offer a top-tier recruitment package to ensure a smooth transition:

  • $100,000 Sign-on Bonus.

  • Financial Support: Full relocation assistance and $4,000 in annual CME funds.

  • Future-Focused: We are open to 2026 and 2027 graduates and provide visa support (J1 and H1B).

  • Public Service: As a not-for-profit facility, this position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Where You’ll Work: Sky Lakes Medical Center

Sky Lakes is more than just a hospital; it’s a regional healthcare hub. Recognized as a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital, we pride ourselves on being community-owned and patient-centered. Our campus features modern facilities, including an award-winning Cancer Treatment Center and a dedicated Center for Total Joint and Spine Care.

Where You’ll Live: Adventure in Every Direction

Klamath Falls is a "mountain town" lifestyle with "small town" affordability.

  • Nature: Less than an hour from Crater Lake National Park—your new backyard for hiking, fishing, and world-class photography.

  • Climate: Enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year and a four-season climate perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

  • Community: Experience a low cost of living, no sales tax, and a welcoming environment perfect for raising a family or planting roots.

Sky Lakes Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteran.
