Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital.
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
  • Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo
  • Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available
  • No call requirement with minimal weekends
  • CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $30K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
  • Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available
  • 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.
  • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
