Esports Coach (In-Person, After School)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Esports Coach to lead an in-person after-school esports program for middle and/or high school students.

This role focuses on creating a fun, structured environment where students can build teamwork, improve gameplay, and develop confidence through gaming.

Example Game Titles

Programs may include (but are not limited to):
Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, Minecraft, Valorant, Apex Legends, and more

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise in-person esports sessions

Teach basic to intermediate gameplay strategy and teamwork

Organize simple practices, scrimmages, or friendly competitions

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students

Manage equipment and ensure students stay on task

Communicate with program coordinators as needed
