Associate Production Frankfort Peak Season - Cold SideJob Summary:Indiana Packers is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Associate Production Peak Season team members on the Cold Side. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. In this role, Production Associates help process, package, and inspect meat products while supporting the company's commitment to quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Perform a variety of production tasks, which may include cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products for shipment.Operate production machinery and equipment as needed while following proper procedures.Support food safety and quality assurance standards in accordance with company policies and USDA regulations.Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for production.Work efficiently with team members to help meet daily production goals and deadlines.Assist supervisors and management with additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.Must be available to work from August 2026 through February 2027.Able to work in a cold, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or manufacturing is helpful but not required.Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.Rehire criteria is 120 days of waiting period from most recent termination date. Three times rule, candidates are not eligible if they worked for Indiana Packers 3 times already.Willing to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.Demonstrates a strong work ethic and works well in a team environment.Committed to following all company policies, including food safety and workplace safety protocols.This job description is not intended to include every task, duty, or responsibility that may be required of the employee. The role may require lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, repetitive movement, and the use of abdominal and lower back muscles for support.
