Become a Key Player as a 4/10 Production Assembler 1

You will support production by assembling mechanical and electromechanical components with precision and consistency, helping the team meet shift targets and quality standards. You will work onsite on the 2nd shift (M–Th, 3:30pm–2:00am) and collaborate with production operators, quality inspectors, and supervisors to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components following written instructions and procedures
  • Read shop traveler route cards or uncomplicated schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures and solder or bond components as required
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts; apply epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements
  • Conduct in-process testing and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as needed

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Effective communication skills; ability to read and understand English and follow processes
  • Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints and company documents (safety rules, operating instructions)
  • Attention to detail and good manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship experience helpful
  • Basic mathematics and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
