Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1

You will contribute to reliable assembly of mechanical and electromechanical components on a 2nd shift, supporting the production line and the operations team. Your work ensures components meet specifications and safety standards, directly impacting product quality and throughput. This is an onsite position, Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM (evening shift).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components following documented instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, and positioning fixtures; adjust, bend, and solder fine wires and components
  • Bond or seal parts with epoxies and operate ovens or direct heating elements; perform in-process testing
  • Follow and demonstrate safety policies and procedures; maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Adapt to variable schedules as needed, including possible nights, weekends, or additional hours
  • Learn and operate an industrial sewing machine as required
