Job description

Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Specialist for a full-time opportunity. In this role, you'll support and maintain the Credit Union's technology infrastructure, provide technical assistance to employees, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, networks, and other technology systems.
  • Deploy equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate hardware and software upgrades.
  • Support IT projects, audits, cybersecurity initiatives, and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Manage IT vendors, system access, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Experience: One to three years of IT support, systems administration, or related experience.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and technology support skills.
