Ready to step into a leadership role with LV Petroleum - one of the FASTEST growing travel center companies. We are looking for a driven, hands on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high energy Sbarro's restaurant, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close.
What You Will Do
You will partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations ensure food quality standards are met and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
You will help lead train and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent You will delegate tasks manage workflows and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team
You will ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service resolving concerns professionally and leading by example in all interactions
You will support financial performance by helping manage inventory control costs assist with scheduling and payroll and ensure operations align with sales and budget goals You will also assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement
Requirements
