Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | $19-25/hour + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
  • Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently
  • Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits
  • Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team
  • Support production goals and patient retention

What We’re Looking For
