PART TIME!

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK- Mid-Day, Nights , and Every Other Weekend.

Our Front Desk Staff are responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive work environment, supervises a dedicated membership team, and greets and interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • New member sign-up.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
