Job description

Job Summary:
Radiant is a startup based in El Segundo, CA, focused on building portable nuclear microreactors. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to provide first-line technical support to all end users, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide first-line technical assistance and support to in-person and remote end users, resolving issues with computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
โ€ข Manage the support request software system (Jira) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
โ€ข Maintain IT inventory, including workstations and accessories.
โ€ข Collaborate with other members of IT to complete user-facing projects.
โ€ข Provide smooth and effective onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors.
โ€ข Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 1+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar industry position.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of and experience with troubleshooting Windows devices (consumer or enterprise).
โ€ข Excellent and effective verbal and written communication.
โ€ข Must have great attention to detail in both issue resolution and proactive follow-up in process improvement.
โ€ข Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.
โ€ข Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
Preferred:
โ€ข 2+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar industry position.
โ€ข Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and/or Intune.
โ€ข Experience with troubleshooting macOS and Linux.
