DescriptionWe are currently looking for our next Front Desk Supervisor!
Be the Face of the Guest Experience
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll lead the team that creates first impressions and unforgettable stays. You'll be at the center of guest interaction-helping people feel welcome from check-in to check-out while supporting a positive, fast-moving team environment.
If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in leadership, and likes solving problems in real time, this role could be a great fit. Plus, many of our supervisors grow into leadership roles like Assistant General Manager within just a few years.
Starts at $19.00 based on experience.
What you'll be doing:
  • Create a welcoming, smooth, and memorable guest experience
  • Lead by example and support the front desk team during daily operations
  • Check guests in and out quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude
  • Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and make recommendations
  • Manage reservations, room blocks, and special requests
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with professionalism and confidence
  • Stay informed on hotel amenities, room types, rates, and promotions
