Job Summary:
Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network issues.
โ€ข Document issues and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system.
โ€ข Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
โ€ข Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
โ€ข Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage.
โ€ข Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
