Are you a technology professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and helping others succeed? Cedar Point Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Specialist III to serve as a key member of our IT team.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced Tier III technical support for enterprise systems, applications, end-user devices, and digital banking platforms. 
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues affecting employees and members, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 
  • Manage employee system and application access, ensuring secure provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning in accordance with security standards.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff while helping drive continuous improvement across the department. 

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • At least two years of technical support/help desk experience. 
  • At least two years of customer service experience. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting computer hardware, software, operating systems, and user access management. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Credit Union or financial institution experience. 
  • Experience supporting digital banking platforms. 
  • CompTIA A+, Security+, Microsoft IT Support, or similar certifications. 
  • Experience mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
