Family Experience Teammate 

Welcome to Aqua-Tots Swim Schools! We are on a mission to save lives by teaching children all over the world how to become safe and confident swimmers for life. 

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping families? Join us as a Family Experience Teammate, where you’ll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family. 

What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate: 

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  2. Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise. 
  3. Promote the Aqua-Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills. 
  4. Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience. 
  5. Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences. 
  6. Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families. 
  7. Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service. 

Qualifications: 

  1. Ability to routinley lift more than 60lbs 
  2. CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire
