Job description

Hecla Mining Company in Coeur d'Alene seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to establish performance measurement systems for major capital projects exceeding $200 million. Ideal candidates should possess at least 7 years of project controls experience and a strong understanding of earned value management.

This foundational role combines analytics, collaboration with site teams, and the implementation of project reporting tools. A relevant Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with former experience in mining will be preferred. This position entails some travel of about 15–25%.
