Our Client is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations and support project execution across multiple job sites. This role serves as the key liaison between field teams and office leadership while ensuring safety, quality, and daily productivity remain on track.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a high-performing field team.

  • Act as the primary communication link between the field and office.

  • Work closely with project leadership to meet daily and project-specific goals.

  • Oversee vehicle, equipment, and jobsite safety standards.

  • Manage daily logs, safety meetings, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate logistics, preparation, and field execution.

Qualifications

  • Background in directional drilling or heavy highway construction.

  • 3-5 years of construction foreman experience.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and remain away from home for extended periods.
