As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles and equipment operate reliably to meet project demands and delivery schedules. If you're committed to safety, quality repairs, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, tankers, and other heavy equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on job sites.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work using company systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques through ongoing learning.
