Job description

Civil Foreman / Superintendent

We are seeking a hands-on Civil Foreman/Superintendent to support ongoing Traffic & Highway division projects. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who can direct crews and equipment in day-to-day operations, particularly in heavy civil and DOT-related environments.

Supervise daily field operations on civil and DOT-related projects

Oversee crews performing drilled foundation installation and other civil scopes

Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain workflow and productivity

Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with plans and specifications

Provide on-site leadership, direction, and communication with project teams

Identify field challenges and work collaboratively to resolve issues

Maintain detailed daily logs, reporting, and crew documentation

Work closely with Project Managers to support scheduling, sequencing, and quality control

Experience as a Civil Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role

Familiarity with drilled foundations (preferred) or comparable civil infrastructure scopes

Strong understanding of heavy civil/DOT project execution

Ability to lead field crews with a safety-first mindset

Experience working within union environments (Laborers or Operators) is a plus but not required

Compensation & Structure This could be hourly or salaried, depending on qualifications and experience Salary or hourly equivalent is typically $100k$150k, heavily dependent on experience and expertise
