Job Summary:
Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a meaningful way to spend your weekends? Canopy Care Solutions dba Heather Gardens (a new affiliate of PACE-RI), previously known as Scandinavian Retirement Community, is seeking a reliable CNA/CMT who can provide exceptional care with minimal supervision. We’re looking for someone who isn't just highly skilled, but truly relates well to our residents and thrives in a social, medical environment.


Your main focus will be promoting quality of life through the administration of medications and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). You’ll be responsible for monitoring health indicators according to RIDOH regulations, maintaining accurate MAR documentation, and communicating professionally with physicians and families. Whether you’re coordinating with the pharmacy or helping out in the dining room, your goal is to ensure our residents feel safe, supported, and respected.

We have a consistent part-time opening for every other Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (8 hours per week). If you have a background in home care and a heart for service, we’d love to have you join our team. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a professional yet warm community setting.
