Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities
• Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting
• Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary up to $220,000 annually

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients
• Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits
• Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery
• Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows
