COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $250,000 - $280,000+ depending on experience
Productivity bonus structure: $87 per encounter paid annually
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 combined

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain clinical practice responsibilities alongside administrative leadership duties
Support compliance initiatives and operational performance improvement
Participate in MAT-focused initiatives or obtain MAT certification if needed

Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED

Minimum 3 years clinical experience REQUIRED

Comfortable supervising Nurse Practitioners REQUIRED
