POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient Nurse Manager leadership role overseeing clinic operations, staff development, and vaccine coordination
Opportunity to lead a well-supported clinical team within mission-driven community health environment
Primarily operational and leadership-focused role with occasional direct clinical care responsibilities

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday schedule
8:00 AM-5:00 PM hours
Limited evening oversight responsibilities
No weekends
No call expectations
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $91,500-$108,000 annually

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee outpatient nursing operations across two clinic sites
Lead, mentor, and support clinical nursing staff
Coordinate vaccine management and clinic workflows
Support patient flow management and operational efficiency
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences
Maintain leadership oversight within mission-aligned community health setting

Requirements
Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience in primary care REQUIRED
BLS certification REQUIRED
Experience with EMR systems and patient flow management REQUIRED
Strong staff training and leadership skills REQUIRED
Collaborative leadership approach REQUIRED
Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole skills welcomed but not required
