Precision Wellness Nurse

Biofuse Wellness PLLC

Boise, ID โ€ข On-site

Job description

This is nursing the way it should be — precision wellness, and we'll certify you to deliver it.

We exist for one reason: to empower individuals through precision health optimization with data-driven, proactive care that improves performance, longevity, and real-world results. That's our mission, and we're building toward a future where health is optimized before it's compromised — not patched up after.

BioFuse Health is a precision wellness clinic, not a med spa and not a hospital unit. We help people feel, perform, and age better through real testing and targeted clinical protocols — and we're growing across Michigan.

We're hiring nurses who got into this to help people actually get well — and who are worn down by a system that manages symptoms, sends patients home, and waits for them to come back. If you're burnt out on reactive, revolving-door care and you want to deliver care that genuinely changes how someone feels, performs, and ages, this is your seat.

We get it because we've lived it. BioFuse was founded by an ER nurse who saw, shift after shift, how reactive and broken the system had become — patients cycling back with conditions that better access and proactive care could have prevented. BioFuse is the answer to that frustration: a place built to help people take control of their health before a crisis, and to make real optimization accessible — not a privilege.

What a Precision Wellness Nurse actually does

A Precision Wellness Nurse is the clinical hands of BioFuse. We see the whole person as one connected ecosystem and work through our Precision Care Model and 4-Step Proven Process to help patients optimize — not chase one symptom at a time.

Your job is to bring that model to life at the chair: administering provider-authorized protocols — IV and IM/SubQ therapy, NAD+, peptides, hormone optimization, ketamine therapy, and more — educating patients, and delivering an exceptional experience every visit. The provider sets the plan; you carry it out, safely and expertly, within standing orders.

Here's the part most clinics miss: optimizing a system and treating a problem aren't opposites. We do both. The therapy creates the change; the system work makes it last.

Why this role is different

  • We educate you. Every nurse earns our Precision Wellness Nurse certification — structured training in IV/IM therapy, peptides, hormones, and cellular-longevity protocols. You leave more clinically capable than the day you arrived. Your expertise is the standard we sell.
  • Standards, not shortcuts. While other clinics ran workarounds, we built legitimate clinical pathways. If practicing real medicine the right way matters to you, you'll fit here.
  • You do the work that makes the plan real. You administer the protocols, support patients through their visits, and watch your work show up in their results — within a clear clinical structure, never out on your own.
  • A real path forward. Clear advancement toward senior clinical and leadership roles as we open new locations.

Who thrives here

We hire and promote against seven core values. The nurses who do their best work at BioFuse live them:

  • Exceptional Experience, Every Time — no moment is too small, from the first hello to the follow-up call.
  • Innovation — you stay curious and want to learn the science, not just run the line.
  • Unwavering Integrity — you're honest with patients about outcomes, and you own your mistakes.
  • Collaborative Synergy — you communicate openly and lift the team. No silos, no lone wolves.
  • Adaptability — protocols evolve here; you stay flexible and treat feedback as fuel.
  • Customer-Centricity — you listen more than you talk and make every interaction personal.
  • Safety First — you follow every protocol and never trade a patient's safety for speed.

If that's the nurse you already are — or the one the system stopped letting you be — you'll fit here.

The practical details

  • Pay: $36–$40/hour
  • Bonus & growth incentives: On top of base pay, you're eligible for performance bonuses tied to clinic success, patient experience and outcomes, and your own professional development — including advancement as you complete Precision Wellness Nurse certification milestones. (We reward great care and team results — not pressure to sell.)
  • Schedule: PRN, day shifts only — 9am-3pm. Looking for every other weekend. Every weekend available if preferred
  • Setting: In-clinic, with occasional in-home visits.

What you bring

  • Active Idaho RN license and current CPR/BLS.
  • Strong IV skills (1+ year; ER experience a plus).
  • A clear, warm communicator who can make optimization make sense to a real person.
  • Curiosity and drive — you want to learn the science, not just run the line.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing clinic, weekends included.
  • Able to stand and move through shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ready?

Applications are reviewed continuously and we move fast for the right people. Apply in minutes — bring your license, your IV skills, and your appetite to grow.

Empower. Optimize. Transform. — that's the work. Come do it with us.
