  • Work with Fitness Director to develop and realize your quarterly business plan
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in multi operational support of new client prospecting, sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs

  • Provide Safe Start & Healthy Start appointments

  • Maintains certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, required. Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, preferred. Competencies in service, sales and digital marketing give you a competitive advantage.
  • Is Patient, Positive, Persuasive, People Person with excellent verbal and written communications, time management and follow-up skills
  • Stays current in the field and provide each client with a customized, scientifically sound program to help them reach their goals
  • Listens, builds trust, rapport and results thus retaining and attracting clientele
  • Enforces Center policies and guidelines and models cleaning and protective measures
