What is a Healthlink?

Healthlink typically refers to professionals or organizations that act as connectors between individuals and healthcare services, helping patients navigate the healthcare system. Healthlink staff may assist with scheduling appointments, accessing medical records, providing health information, and coordinating care among different providers. They play a crucial role in improving patient access to care, reducing barriers, and promoting better health outcomes.
