Utilizing advanced telehealth platforms, you will connect with clients through video and phone consultations, allowing for real-time engagement and therapy. • Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand each client's mental health history and therapeutic needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that not only address mental health issues but also integrate coping strategies and wellness goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide family support and education to enhance the involvement of family members in the therapeutic process.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A current and valid professional license in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred for comprehensive mental health support.
• Strong foundational understanding of therapeutic principles and practices, particularly in the context of mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices and technologies, with a commitment to enhancing service delivery through digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic rapport and effectively motivate clients towards recovery.

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment or dual diagnosis settings will be advantageous.
• Training in evidence-based treatment methods related to mental health and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience with teletherapy is preferred, showcasing an adaptability to virtual counseling settings.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
