  • Developing technology strategies that help clients improve profitability, accelerate growth, and deliver value across stakeholder groups
  • Leading technology strategy engagements for health care clients, including platform, architecture, operating model, and capability decisions needed to support business priorities
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives
  • Leading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work
  • Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 6+ years of experience in healthcare payer technology, strategy, consulting, or transformation
  • 6+ years of experience managing large technology engagements, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations
  • 5+ years of experience working with senior executives to craft and implement technology improvement strategies and 2+ years of experience overseeing artificial intelligence and/or data projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting
  • 2+ years of experience functioning as a Senior Manager in a consulting environment or managing teams in an operating environment, with experience at the intersection of technology and strategy, including corporate and business unit technology strategy, business transformation, and artificial intelligence strategy implementation
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with health plan business processes and technology ecosystems
  • Experience managing and delivering complex technology or transformation programs
  • Experience developing executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and process or workflow materials in Microsoft Visio
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior practitioners
  • Advanced degree in business administration, health administration, information systems, or a technology field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $190,200 to $372,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
