Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated AI Data Support Associate to assist with data review, software testing support, AI chatbot evaluation, backend data organization, and documentation activities related to medical software and digital health products.This position provides hands-on experience supporting software quality activities, AI-enabled workflows, technical documentation, and data organization in a regulated healthcare software environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with reviewing and organizing data generated from software testing, usability studies, AI chatbot evaluations, and backend system records.
  • Support software testing activities by documenting testing observations, data inconsistencies, bugs, and validation findings.
  • Assist with reviewing AI chatbot responses and organizing Q&A content for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Help organize backend-generated records, software logs, datasets, and testing documentation.
  • Support preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, validation records, quality documents, and internal review materials.
  • Assist with data entry, data cleanup, spreadsheet tracking, and documentation organization activities.
  • Work collaboratively with software, AI, quality, regulatory, and product teams to support project activities and timelines.
  • Help maintain organized records for software testing, quality review, and development support activities.
  • Participate in internal meetings and assist with assigned project support tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Python, SQL, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
