We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to design, implement, and maintain software products and tools, as well as working with clients and stakeholders to promote and enhance technical products and mentor junior team members.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
In this role, you will work with mixed teams of data engineers, actuaries, and non-technical subject matter experts to design, build, and maintain innovative products and solutions for a wide range of clients across the healthcare industry. This will include developing healthcare data intensive software including on-premises applications, cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure, process automation, developing robust automated testing tools, and building and designing proof of concept implementations for new features and products. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail and commitment to creating accurate, scalable, maintainable software, as well as strong written and oral communication. This position includes the opportunity to work with clients and stakeholders to promote and enhance technical products, and to mentor and lead junior team members.
What We're Looking For
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of software development experience, including 5 in a senior or lead role.
  • Experience working with Medicare pricing and healthcare claims data processing and integration
  • Expert level technical proficiency in: Cloud development (Azure technologies preferred)
  • Software development and architecture experience (C# / .NET and Python preferred)
  • Product experience in Databricks, Data engineering, Back-end development, and systems integration
  • Experience with SQL and Database design and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure or AWS developer certifications
  • Experience working with Excel and SAS
  • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Experience with React, JavaScript, Terraform, CosmosDB, Docker, and Pandas

Personal Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location
This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work in the Seattle, WA office 3 days per week and may work remotely for the remaining portion of the week. The expected application deadline for this job is July 29, 2026.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $120,635 - $199,065 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary bonus under our standard bonus policy.
