  • Automate web-based tasks (e.g., web scraping, form submissions, browser interactions) using Selenium.
  • Utilize OpenCV for image recognition and data extraction in visual and document-based workflows.
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance automation and improve process outcomes.
  • Integrate automation solutions with billing software, EHR systems, and healthcare web portals.
  • Ensure all automation adheres to healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all automation workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Build resilient automation workflows that integrate with legacy systems and modern web platforms.
  • Work alongside SMEs and operations teams to translate manual workflows into digital automation.
  • Maintain secure credential handling, logging, and audit trails in line with HITRUST/HIPAA compliance.
  • Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault) to support scalable automation.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with Selenium for browser-based automation.
  • Experience applying AI/ML tools such as OCR, NLP, or predictive modeling to automation use cases.
  • Understanding healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., billing, coding, claims, denial management).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • RCM Automation: Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Python scripting solutions and monitor and support those solutions long-term.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be able to show I9 identification during visual interview.
  • Familiarity with EHR/billing systems and healthcare web portals.
  • Knowledge of APIs and SQL databases.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Services).
  • Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Experience developing APIs or integrating with third-party APIs.
  • Must like people.
  • Working knowledge of logging, alerting, or observability tools.
  • Proficient in revenue cycle management automation.
