CLARK Material Handling Company, is a 100 year old company, and a global leader in the material handling and forklift industry. CLARK is seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT and business systems initiatives across operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. This role partners with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The IT Project Manager drives cross‑functional collaboration and oversees projects from initiation through implementation and post‑launch support.

Essential Functions & Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and project governance structures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, success criteria, and implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications while providing regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effective execution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external partners.
  • Lead ERP, supply chain systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive change management efforts, user adoption strategies, training plans, and communication activities associated with project implementations.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance standards, and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience managing IT projects, business systems implementations, or technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects in complex business environments.
  • Experience managing ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Planner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive business information.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations environments.
  • Experience leading ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
Environmental/Physical Conditions

The incumbent is primarily located in an office environment with regulated heating and cooling. Work involves the use of computers, monitors, video conferencing technologies, telephones, scanners, printers, and other standard office equipment. Periodic travel to manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and other operational locations may be required. The role may involve exposure to varying indoor and outdoor environments, including warehouse and factory settings with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and industrial conditions.
