General Description:

The Director of Healthcare Informatics & Analytics provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s healthcare data, analytics, reporting, and pharmacy informatics functions.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for:

  • Enterprise data governance and analytics strategy
  • Clinical, financial, and operational reporting
  • EHR optimization and data integration
  • Pharmacy and 340B informatics, including system administration, data exchange, and revenue optimization

The Director ensures data integrity, transparency, and usability across all systems, supporting:

  • High-quality patient care
  • Financial performance and revenue cycle optimization
  • HRSA, UDS, 340B, and other regulatory compliance
  • Strategic decision-making across leadership

This position partners closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Quality, HIM, and IT to build and maintain a unified, high-performing data ecosystem.
