Job Summary:
The Recycle and Assembly Interface Manager reports to the Director, Centrifuge Assembly and functions as the interface and coordinator between the Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) groups to coordinate building maintenance, systems testing and deployment from construction to system startup and operation.
What You Will Do:
β€’ Must complete qualifications to perform as the Facility Manager for the Recycle and Assembly Building, Centrifuge Training and Testing Facility (CTTF), Drying building and Transfer Corridor.
β€’ Must complete qualifications to perform as a Recycle and Assembly Shift Supervisor.
β€’ Must complete qualifications to perform as a Site Technical Representative.
β€’ Provide daily management oversight of testing activities for systems testing, construction and startup.
β€’ Interface with maintenance and work control program elements applicable to the Recycle and Assembly group.
β€’ Serves as primary point of contact for project management and design team to instill operating and maintenance program philosophies into the plant design, testing and construction.
β€’ Interface with the Recycle Manager and Assembly Manager for resources to support system testing and facility maintenance.
β€’ Reviews technical documents, drawings, plans, schedules and other documents to provide input for operational and maintenance requirements for plant design, testing and construction.
β€’ Perform preparation activities to support modification acceptance for system turnover from Engineering and/or construction.
β€’ In the absence of the Assembly Manager or Recycle Manager they may be delegated their responsibilities.
β€’ Develop program procedures and other required documents for multiple organizations in accordance with the Plant License Application.
β€’ Review, approve, and coordinate the execution of system test plans to ensure the testing proves component functionality and systems requirements documents are satisfied. May function as Test Coordinator for system test plans.
β€’ Perform change evaluations as needed.
β€’ Coordinate Operations and Maintenance activities to support equipment or systems repairs.
β€’ Development of Lock Out/Tag Outs and Safety/Health Work Permits.
β€’ Has authority to propose, develop and/or implement new procedures or revise existing procedures as necessary to fulfill mission objectives within the License.

β€’ 3+ years of industrial, chemical, nuclear plant operations, maintenance, engineering, support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar rigorous industry or military job family
β€’ 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
β€’ Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance
A Successful Candidate Brings:
β€’ Active "Q" security clearance
β€’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, Business Management or equivalent technical/military experience.
β€’ 5+ years of industrial, chemical, nuclear plant operations, maintenance, engineering, support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar rigorous industry or military job family
β€’ 5+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably within Operations, Maintenance, or Engineering.
Pay:
Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $82,629 - $165,145. This position is Incentive Eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
