Job Title: Data Entry Engineering Coordinator – ERP & Procurement

Job Description

The Data Entry Engineering Coordinator – ERP & Procurement ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of procurement-related data within the ERP system. This role supports purchasing decisions, vendor management, and overall supply chain efficiency by maintaining clean, reliable data and collaborating closely with procurement, finance, operations, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain procurement-related data in the ERP system, including purchase orders, supplier information, pricing, and part numbers.

  • Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

  • Support the procurement team with vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and purchase order processing within the ERP system.

  • Generate and run basic ERP reports to support procurement and supply chain activities.

  • Identify and help correct data discrepancies to ensure smooth ERP workflows and reliable reporting.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to maintain data integrity and resolve data-related issues.

  • Support the documentation of ERP data entry processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and standardization.

  • Maintain organized records and follow ISO 9001 and manufacturing-related data management practices where applicable.

  • Use Excel and other tools to manage, analyze, and present data that supports procurement and supply chain decision-making.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in accurate and high-volume data entry.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

  • Strong Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience with data management and basic data analysis in a business or manufacturing environment.

  • Understanding of procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor setup, and requisitions.

  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and manufacturing environments.

Pay and Benefits
