The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of individuals, primarily focusing on students and families within the educational system. This client population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. • Current and valid licensure in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, employing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and mental health challenges.
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while balancing administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in a school setting or working with youth and families on mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to ensure smooth session delivery and documentation.
• Previous training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches, such as play therapy, EMDR, or behavioral interventions.
