What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Management Leader with 12+ years of experience to serve as a company-wide expert, coaching executive leadership and driving strategic, global change initiatives across Zebra. In this dynamic role you will design and deliver end-to-end change strategies, tailored communication plans, and engaging internal/external activities for complex, large-scale projects. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in either our Holtsville, NY (preferred location) or Lincolnshire, IL office, with 2 days remote (US).

Responsibilities
  • Understand the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups across multiple business units, and in some cases across all of Zebra, to develop appropriate communications plans, deliver effective and efficient communications, and create engagement activities internally and externally.
  • Exercise judgment and experience to tailor the change management approach to meet the needs of a variety of project types, and apply context-specific methods, tools, and tactics.
  • Coach functional business leaders, business unit leaders, and executive leadership team members on change leadership.
  • Lead peer change managers across Zebra to drive continuous improvement in change management.
  • Manage a dynamically changing portfolio of change management projects.
  • Provide direction and lead other Zebra team members as they work on change management tasks.
  • Provide direction and lead contractors when they are utilized for change management supplemental tasks.
  • Serve as a Zebra change management expert in cross‑business unit and company‑wide strategic change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver project and initiative‑related communications and stakeholder engagement activities, potentially including email communications, awareness sessions, events, newsletters, videos, site banners, posters, and content on intranet and internet sites.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to coordinate content, reviews, timing, and delivery of internal and external communications.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Commensurate experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 12+ years’ work experience.
  • Experience creating and implementing change management and/or organizational design strategies and plans for large‑scale cross‑business unit global projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface at varying levels of the organization, including senior leaders and individual contributors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with R&D/New product development.
  • Experience working for a hardware and software manufacturing company.
  • Proven ability to develop change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training materials end to end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft executive‑level content.
  • Bias for action: moves work forward with limited supervision in ambiguous conditions.
  • Strong relationship‑building and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable working with business teams, project managers, and leadership.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range

$138,800.00 – $208,200.00 annual salary.
