Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
  • Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
  • Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • Minimum of 2400 hours within the last 24 months as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care (PCU, ICU, ED)
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred

  • BSN
  • PCU and/or ICU experience
