  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to proactively identify and address potential challenges to effective delivery of work products before they happen
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others

The team

An evolving customer and regulatory landscape, cost and operational pressures, and intensifying competition are presenting new organizational and operational hurdles for Health Care organizations. These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in marketing strategy, operating model design, and the application of new technology capabilities by marketing leaders.

We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Health Care organization leadership teams to drive business value through the design and delivery of marketing strategies that connect customer insight to business impact.

  • 1+ years of experience incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and written and oral communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior client leaders

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience leading and overseeing multiple engagements or teams concurrently
  • Comfort with and exposure to the technical aspects of marketing, including MarTech platforms, tools, and the implications of AI (no requirement to design or build technology)
  • 5+ years of experience selling and delivering, including supporting pursuits, leading proposal responses, shaping client solutions, and owning delivery outcomes
  • Experience leading thought leadership, eminence building, and proposal development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate business needs into analytical or technology-enabled solutions
