About the Role

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Regional Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new startup region. This is a unique opportunity for a strong operations leader who enjoys building something from the ground up, developing teams, serving customers well, and partnering closely with Business Development to grow a region significantly over time.

The region will begin with two major account launches, and the Regional Manager will be responsible for ensuring those accounts are launched successfully, stabilized quickly, and positioned for long-term success. From there, this leader will help build the people, systems, customer relationships, and operational structure needed to grow the region over the next 3–5 years with the goal of expanding the region to 10x its starting size

This role is ideal for someone who can be hands-on during startup phases while also thinking strategically about scalable growth. Also Regional Manager comfortable driving in company provided vehicle for 2 a hour radius to customer sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful startup and stabilization of two major new account launches.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline team members.
  • Ensure accounts are operating within labor, supply, and overall budget expectations.
  • Maintain strong quality standards through inspections, follow-up, communication, and accountability.
  • Partner closely with Business Development on new opportunities, site walks, customer transitions, and growth planning.
  • Support the sales-to-operations handoff to ensure new customers are set up for success.
  • Develop scalable operating systems, routines, and leadership structure as the region grows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margin, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Help grow the region significantly over the next 3–5 years, with a goal of expanding the region to 10x its starting size.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong operations leadership experience, preferably in facilities services, commercial cleaning, or a similar service-based industry.
  • Experience launching new accounts, managing multiple sites, or building teams in a growing market.
  • Ability to lead through both hands-on execution and strategic planning.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, quality, and team performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup-style environment.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to partner with sales, operations, customers, and field teams to achieve results.
