Remote Collections Specialist (Latin America Only)
Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for negotiation and a passion for hitting targets? We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position specifically for candidates residing in Latin America who possess exceptional English communication skills.
Position Overview
Role:
Collections Specialist / Collections Agent
Location:
Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends Off)
Compensation:
US$6.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and manage correspondence with customers regarding overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining professional rapport.
Accurately document all communication and payment updates in our system.
Identify and resolve discrepancies that may be delaying payments.
Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1–2 years of recent experience in debt collections.
Language:
Advanced/Fluent English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. You must be comfortable navigating complex conversations in English.
Work Ethic:
