Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as the Health Services Director!

The ideal candidate will:
• Be committed to Touchmark's values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), and have the desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
• Be proficient with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
As the Health Services Director you will:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of care for all residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood.
• Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
• Own employee recruitment and development within the health services team
• Be responsible for the budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the assisted living and memory care program
• Ensure the company is in compliance with state and federal agencies
• Act as a liaison between residents, physicians, families, and appropriate healthcare resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a health or social service-related field or program and at least two years professional or management experience that has occurred within the last five years or have a combination of experience and education.
• Current valid Assisted Living Administrator License preferred
• Current Nurse license a plus, but not required;
• Proficiency with computers is required
