Job description

Risk and Compliance Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Risk Management and Mission Assurance Specialist you will manage the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to and recovering from emergencies. You will apply your advanced skills or extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You may need to work without considerable direction, mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements, including DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to federal security and compliance mandates
  • Ability to assess programmatic risks, ensure compliance with DoD governance frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Information Security, or 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, security control implementation, and program governance audits
  • Possession of excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
