Our facility in Waterton, CO seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to join our mission supporting FBM's Program Planning organization. You will provide functional support to the organization in support of proposal and program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong program planning background in the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will:
• Improve the program's preparation and performance by instituting standard methodologies through the program life cycle
• Be responsible for program outreach and communication and building strong and effective relationships with program personnel
• Provide a high level of customer service and strong communication/networking skills as you work with senior and executive management as well as program personnel across all functional teams including Finance, Planning, Operations, Subcontracts and Engineering
Successful candidates typically have 9+ years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications
• Program planning experience
• Planning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
Desired skills
• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)
• 3-5 years of program planning experience
• Aerospace planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• Extensive experience in Earned Value Management including monthly deliverables and audits
• Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
• Experience with @Risk or OnePager
• Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Experience developing a resource loaded cost model
• Active Top Secret security clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
