Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing salesforce administration, salesforce apex development, and salesforce lightning. They will play a key role in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including customization, configuration, and development, to meet business requirements and objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
  • 2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
  • 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • 4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
  • 5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
  • 6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
  • 7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.
Skill Requirements
  • 1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
  • 2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
  • 3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
  • 4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
  • 5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidateโ€™s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
