Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time | 8 or 10 Hour Shifts.
Full-time nurses receive health insurance as low as $1 per month!
Scheduled every 4th weekend!
Premium Pay for weekend hours = 1.5x base pay.
RN Starting at $38.41-39.66/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $59.49/hr) 
LPN Starting at $31.17-32.42/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $48.63/hr)

Shift Options: 

  • 1:00PM-9:00PM (8 hours) OR 11:00AM-9:00PM (10 hours) 
    • Every 4th weekend + every other holiday required 

RN start wage: $38.41/hour + weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay)

LPN start wage: $31.17/hour +weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay)

What You'll Do:

Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care

Monitor health changes & update care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Document nursing care per policy

Educate and support direct care staff

Respond to health concerns and emergencies

Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments

Supervise Certified Medication Aides

Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring

What We're Looking For:

Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)

Current CPR certification

Ability to lift 35 lbs independently

Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver

Pay is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
